In this forum thread I'll upload the process of restoration my Sega TouringCar cabinet I hope like you.

-Restoration Daytona steering wheel:

After making a successful test of hacking of steering wheel, the first thing I did was to clean the steering wheel and remove the rust that it had.
Here I leave the state when I arrived:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130326104852-Akiles-1.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130326104852-Akiles-1.JPG)

I started by removing all the rust with the help of a wire brush and in the most difficult places I used a Dremel tool with a brush:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130326105119-Akiles-2.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130326105119-Akiles-2.JPG)

You can see in the picture below before of brushing and after brushing:

Then I sanded the complete surface with a sandpaper of grit 400 and I painted with spray of color Chrom Silver.Only I gave a layer because is hidden inside the cabinet simulator and it,s the result:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130326110009-Akiles-5.jpg) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130326110009-Akiles-5.jpg)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130326110052-Akiles-6.jpg) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130326110052-Akiles-6.jpg)

Also I cleaned the two belts with a cloth dipped in water before mounting the metal chassis of the wheel.
Now it,s like new:

-Restoration of top part:Billboard and support of power supply, amplyfier ,etc.:

Like the billboard and marquee were in good conditions only I cleaned the dust of them:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130403232559-Akiles-8.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130403232559-Akiles-8.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130403232809-Akiles-9.jpg) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130403232809-Akiles-9.jpg)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130403232838-Akiles-10.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130403232838-Akiles-10.JPG)

Finally it is shiny:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130403233323-Akiles-11.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130403233323-Akiles-11.JPG)

The support of power supply ,amplifier etc,was very dirty:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130403233951-Akiles-12.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130403233951-Akiles-12.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130403234033-Akiles-13.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130403234033-Akiles-13.JPG)

I cleaned the support of wood and inside of three metal parts, two sides and a front more the door.

-Adjust of Daytona Steering Wheel in the cabinet:

It has been a hard work but at the end I have get.
First this was the aspect of support of Original steering wheel:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509105244-Akiles-44.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509105244-Akiles-44.JPG)

I removed with a grinder all supports of wires:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509105526-Akiles-45.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509105526-Akiles-45.JPG)

And then I painted:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509105643-Akiles-46.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509105643-Akiles-46.JPG)

After I use four strong squadrons like this to hold it:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509105908-Akiles-47.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509105908-Akiles-47.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509110005-Akiles-48.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509110005-Akiles-48.JPG)

Before I marked and cutted a part of wood to move out the full steering wheel because needed to get a little out the axle:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509110638-Akiles-49.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509110638-Akiles-49.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509110723-Akiles-50.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509110723-Akiles-50.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509110845-Akiles-51.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509110845-Akiles-51.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509110933-Akiles-52.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509110933-Akiles-52.JPG)

After I put two little squadrons to avoid tipping up of support when I put the steering wheel at the front:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509111538-Akiles-53.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509111538-Akiles-53.JPG)

But after to do all this the axle need exit more out:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509111707-Akiles-54.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509111707-Akiles-54.JPG)

I had to cut a partof body of Steering wheel because has a right angle and the control panel and the  blue support are in chamfer:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509112158-Akiles-55.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509112158-Akiles-55.JPG)

Also I had to cut the part metalic of buttons and the paret metalic of gear lever. The rest of chasis had to remove:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509113802-Akiles-56.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509113802-Akiles-56.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509113841-Akiles-57.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509113841-Akiles-57.JPG)

At the end It adjusted perfectly:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509114052-Akiles-58.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509114052-Akiles-58.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509114134-Akiles-59.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509114134-Akiles-59.JPG)

The body of Steering wheel is lash down with two screws:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509120533-Akiles-60.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509120533-Akiles-60.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130509114538-Akiles-61.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130509114538-Akiles-61.JPG)

-Fit the Led Monitor of 39 inches in the cabinet:

This is the hole of screen:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607230324-Akiles-62.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607230324-Akiles-62.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607230633-Akiles-63.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607230633-Akiles-63.JPG)

Like the LED monitor would not fit in the hole I had to cut the parts marked in red color:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607231012-Akiles-64.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607231012-Akiles-64.JPG)

I disconnected the two tweeters of the two side tables:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607231308-Akiles-65.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607231308-Akiles-65.JPG)

Here the two tables to cut:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607231414-Akiles-66.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607231414-Akiles-66.JPG)

After I did a template to get the perfect position of Led monitor:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607231620-Akiles-67.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607231620-Akiles-67.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607231659-Akiles-68.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607231659-Akiles-68.JPG)

Also I had to cut a part of the base because the monitor would not fit:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607231911-Akiles-69.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607231911-Akiles-69.JPG)

I placed a backing in the middle of the base and in the sides of the base:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607232217-Akiles-70.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607232217-Akiles-70.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607232306-Akiles-71.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607232306-Akiles-71.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607232358-Akiles-72.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607232358-Akiles-72.JPG)

Then I used these squadrons to attach the monitor to the cabinet:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607232522-Akiles-73.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607232522-Akiles-73.JPG)

And I also used two pieces of wood to fit the Led monitor:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607232714-Akiles-74.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607232714-Akiles-74.JPG)

Also I put in the base masking tape to avoid to the sawdust it comes off:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607233146-Akiles-75.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607233146-Akiles-75.JPG)

At the end it fitted the Led Monitor of this way in the cabinet:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607233450-Akiles-76.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607233450-Akiles-76.JPG)

And this is the final resulted:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607233754-Akiles-78.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607233754-Akiles-78.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130607233843-Akiles-79.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130607233843-Akiles-79.JPG)

At the end the complete resulted after of put the two yellow locks:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807174447-Akiles-92.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807174447-Akiles-92.JPG)

-Restoration of Panel:

The panel of Sega Touring cabinet had this aspect:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807222147-Akiles-93.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807222147-Akiles-93.JPG)

I repaired all cigarrete burns with poliester mastic that it,s used to repair the bodywork of the cars:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807222524-Akiles-94.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807222524-Akiles-94.JPG)

After I connected the wires of buttoms and gear lever:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807231019-Akiles-95.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807231019-Akiles-95.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807231112-Akiles-96.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807231112-Akiles-96.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807231159-Akiles-97.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807231159-Akiles-97.JPG)

Then I put Vinilo Carbono 4D Brillo 80x152cm and sticked in the panel.I can´t stick of a piece because the panel had a lot curves and went imposible.Only I could stick it by parts but not differ much near joints. At the end I like the resulted,It,s see pretty well of near:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807223153-Akiles-95.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807223153-Akiles-95.JPG)

If anyone want buy that vinilo,it,s cheap and he has a quality very nice.
I bought this Vinilo Carbono 4D Brillo 60x152cm by 23,60 shipping included:

http://www.vinilopasion.com/productos/vinilo-carbono-4d-brillo-60x152cm

I think to if I had had a air heater maybe I could had put all the vinilo of a piece but I doubt because the panel had enough curves.

-Put secuencial change in the cabinet:

I have adapted the secuencial change of a Sega Grand Prix steering wheel to my sega TouringCar this:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807234005-Akiles-99.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807234005-Akiles-99.JPG)

This the front part:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807234055-Akiles-100.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807234055-Akiles-100.JPG)

And this back part:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807234139-Akiles-101.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807234139-Akiles-101.JPG)

And this side face:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807234229-Akiles-102.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807234229-Akiles-102.JPG)

This it,s the complete secuencial change with all parts:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807234333-Akiles-103.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807234333-Akiles-103.JPG)

Then I painted with yellow spray the two parts yellow and with spray black metalic the other part:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807234710-Akiles-104.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807234710-Akiles-104.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807234802-Akiles-105.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807234802-Akiles-105.JPG)

Like I only had 7 cm between the steering wheel and the panel,I had to remove the last piece black of secuencial change because doens´t enter:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807234853-Akiles-106.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807234853-Akiles-106.JPG)

I had to do a new piece with a piece of sheet with this form. Also I had to do a hole more big with a pallet drill of 22mm in the secuencial change because the hole was more small that the axis of steering wheel:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807235148-Akiles-107.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807235148-Akiles-107.JPG)

Then I used a cheet to do the base of buttoms:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807235323-Akiles-108.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807235323-Akiles-108.JPG)

The buttoms led have five connections + and - of led buttom then NO to + of buttom and C to - of buttom. The other connection NC doesn´t use:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807235704-Akiles-109.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807235704-Akiles-109.JPG)

Then I bought a set of males of Metrica 6(drill of 5mm)to screw the two screws to the steering wheel:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130807235948-Akiles-110.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130807235948-Akiles-110.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130808000035-Akiles-111.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130808000035-Akiles-111.JPG)

At the end the resulted had been this:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130808000156-Akiles-112.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130808000156-Akiles-112.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130808000234-Akiles-113.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130808000234-Akiles-113.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130808000328-Akiles-114.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130808000328-Akiles-114.JPG)

-Restoration complete of the seat:

The aspect of base of seat was this:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910175122-Akiles-115.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910175122-Akiles-115.JPG)

The base was very rusted:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910175214-Akiles-116.jpg) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910175214-Akiles-116.jpg)

I removed the rust with a drill and a wire brush:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910175611-Akiles-117.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910175611-Akiles-117.JPG)

And then I painted:

And Also I put a metallic plate:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910175805-Akiles-119.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910175805-Akiles-119.JPG)

After I unmounted the first base:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910180022-Akiles-120.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910180022-Akiles-120.JPG)

And I painted it:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910180400-Akiles-123.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910180400-Akiles-123.JPG)

After I did process itself with the second metallic base taht hold the side rails of seat:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910180509-Akiles-124.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910180509-Akiles-124.JPG)

Under of seat is the subwoofer:

Then I unmounted the rear seatback:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910180913-Akiles-126.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910180913-Akiles-126.JPG)

The rear seatback was hold with six clamps:

Also in the rear seatback was the two speakers, left and right:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910181258-Akiles-129.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910181258-Akiles-129.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910181454-Akiles-130.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910181454-Akiles-130.JPG)

This went the paint cabin improvised:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910181621-Akiles-131.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910181621-Akiles-131.JPG)

And these the materials that I used more aguaplash paste that doens´t appears in the next image:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910181844-Akiles-132.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910181844-Akiles-132.JPG)

First I began with the seat, giving aguaplash paste to all damages:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910182350-Akiles-133.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910182350-Akiles-133.JPG)

After I gave white sealer primer to all the seat for palster after the yellow paint:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910182610-Akiles-134.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910182610-Akiles-134.JPG)

And then I painted giving two hands of yello paint in spray and after of dry the paint I gave other two hands of transparent varnish.

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910182724-Akiles-135.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910182724-Akiles-135.JPG)

I did the process itself with the seatback:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910182919-Akiles-136.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910182919-Akiles-136.JPG)

-Creation of base of seat:

I did a base for the seat because it hadn´t.

I used a metal platesto join the five parts that make up the base of seat:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910183528-Akiles-137.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910183528-Akiles-137.JPG)

I had to go adapting the metal plates to the inclination of each part:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910183727-Akiles-138.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910183727-Akiles-138.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910183839-Akiles-139.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910183839-Akiles-139.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910183952-Akiles-140.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910183952-Akiles-140.JPG)

After I covered the metal paltes with a layer of aguaplash plaste and I add two woods joined with two metal plates to the part of front:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910184252-Akiles-141.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910184252-Akiles-141.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910221525-Akiles-142.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910221525-Akiles-142.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910221733-Akiles-143.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910221733-Akiles-143.JPG)

Then I buy by 6 euros this piece of polipiel:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910221944-Akiles-144.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910221944-Akiles-144.JPG)

And this piece of foam also by 6 euros:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910222119-Akiles-145.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910222119-Akiles-145.JPG)

I holded a piece of foam with size itself that the base of seat:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910222422-Akiles-146.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910222422-Akiles-146.JPG)

Then I hissed the edges:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910222756-Akiles-147.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910222756-Akiles-147.JPG)

And holded other piece of foam a bit more small for to centre of seat:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910223023-Akiles-148.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910223023-Akiles-148.JPG)

After I used a manual staplerat stapling all around the end the aspect of upholstered seat is this:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910223252-Akiles-149.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910223252-Akiles-149.JPG)

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910223518-Akiles-150.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910223518-Akiles-150.JPG)

Like yet was a bit hard when I sit down I put a piece of foam more under the base in the back and now it,s very comfortable:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910223709-Akiles-151.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910223709-Akiles-151.JPG)

Also like as I remained various parts of the metal plate I put them on the base:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910224359-Akiles-153.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910224359-Akiles-153.JPG)

At the end the final resulted it,s this:

(http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics_gamoovernet690px/20130910224059-Akiles-152.JPG) (http://gamoovernet.pixhotel.fr/pics/20130910224059-Akiles-152.JPG)

Glstar I,ll use the original Touring car dashboard with Daytona steering wheel and L2M2 but first I have to adjust the steering wheel to match the hole in the steering wheel of the dashboard.
I have enough space in the cabinet to put the Daytona steering wheel.

What do you mean?
You will use Daytona steering wheel only or also Daytona wheel motor?
Or you will use the Touring car dashboard plastic only???

GLstar when I say Daytona steering wheel I refer to the complete steering wheel including the motor.
And yes I,ll use the original Touring car dashboard with that steering wheel.

Ok.
Now all is clear..
Just last question....
But plastic dashboard between model2/model3 etc... aren't the same?
Daytona plastic dashboard is different from the one inside Touring car??

GLStar I have enough space to go adjusting still to do it match with the hole of axis of steering wheel.
When I place the steering wheel in his place I,ll upload images of all process.  ^-

I need help to configurate the gear shift of two speeds of my sega touring car cabinet and butterflies of sequential change
I,m using a interface usb like this to connect al buttons and analog controls.

I have connected the two switchs of gear shift of two speeds to the terminals Up analog of joystick and Down analog of joystick that interface.
And also I have connected the two butterflies of the sequential change to the terminals Up analog of joystick and Down analog of joystick that interface.

I would like to know if its that the correct way to connect those analog controls or not?
Also does anyone could you upload a screenshot of correct configuration of controls of a game of Sega Model 2 emulator?

Of configuration of analog controls I don,t understand much.

ta carte fonctionne avec le jeu d'origine ?
: WIP Sega TouringCar Championship Deluxe

Yes Iro.
: WIP Sega TouringCar Championship Deluxe
: Iro Saturday 06 June 2015, 08:56:20 AM

Ok Iro but at the end I go to install a 2.1 speakers in the seat.

Now I have other problem with steering wheel.I have a hack of steering wheel using the L2M2 board, worked fine still that today I have tested and do only that it,s see in the video.
Does anyone if the problem it,s of any component damaged of L2M2 board or it,s damage the motor of steering wheel?

BTW Iro today I have tested the RCA wire connected to a out of headphone of a portatil and sound the speakers perfectly of cabinet but if I connect the RCA wire to out green of PC that I,m using in the cabinet don,t sound.
Maybe it,s because exists a conflict with the two speakers of Led monitor with the dvi-hdmi wire that I,m using

In options of sound reproduction I have select the speakers of Samsung of Led Tv but there is other option that says HDMI.

Do you know what option in sound reproduction I have to choose because with the option of Led speakers selected looks that has any conflict when I connect the RCA wire of speakers of cabinet.

I need that all speakers of cabinet and the two speakes of monitor sound one time.
How can I do that Iro? something I,m doing wrong.

Iro now works both speakers of seat and subwoofer of seat too,the problem was in that the out audio of pc was bad.Thanks.

I would like to connect also the two tweter speakers and the others two speakers of inside of cabinet of Sega Touring.
Do you know how I can connect them to 5.1 audio card of my pc or I can,t do it?

Also I need buy a rubber dumper for the brake pedal because it,s broken,Do you know where can I get one?
