Convertir Sega Touring Car en Indy 500 -> MODEL 2 "inside"

Bonjour,

je viens de découvrir le forum de Klov, et j'ai lu que Sega Touring car pouvait être facilement convertit en Indy 500...
Or d'après system 16 Indy 500 est du MODEL 2B CRX, et Sega touring Car du MODEL 2C CRX.
Si j'ai bien compris, il faut "uniquement" changer les eprom de la première carte ?
Un site les vend ? Est ce difficile à reproduire ?
Vais je avoir des problèmes de son ?
Connaissez vous un site avec de belles explications sur le model2...l'identification des eprom suivant leur emplacement ?

Tu as mal compris, il te faut changer toute la cage.
Par contre le reste de l'électronique (FFB, ampli son, câblage, atc) est compatible.

Donc d'après toi pas plus compatible que n'importe quel autre jeu model 2...
J'ai retrouvé le post :
It's compatible with INDY 500. I believe it's ROM swap and possibly the sound board.

There is another KLOV'r who mostly collects racing games and could give you the information for the conversion. It's not that hard. I believe you could buy a Top Skater board for cheap and do the swap if you wanted to keep your touring car championship board original.

Indy 500 is not a bad game and still makes money in arcades.

There is a third game which works on this platform but I can't think of it now. It was only released in Japan and I believe it was inferior to the Indy 500 and STCC. There is also a game called Rev On which is fairly similar and may be compatible but may need more effort to work in your cabinet.

Il te faut une cage Model 2B (incluant CPU/Video/Com/Rom boards).

Le reste est compatible (contrairement à d'autres bornes Model 2) dont Drive/Power/AMP boards et le FFB.
