The Promax is really a Wei-ya model 1820HR and requires operation from an isolation transformer.
Right next to where the degausser coil connector pins are on the monitor main board is a self-stick paper circle label. If you carefully scrape/lift it off, there should be a "Wei-ya" logo and name there.
The long rectangular white paper label on the side of the flyback cage will say "Promax C1000 for 19 inch Electrohome"
The foil side of the neckboard will have "428H CRT" silkscreened into the foil.
I just finished recapping one of those last week and it looks great! I now have a bunch of handwritten notes to go through regarding this chassis to organize and print up into one of my handy repair guides.
