"Mobi-chan is a very rare item from the 1940 series, and Capcom's earliest mascot. It appears as a chibi-style astronaut holding a shotgun. In every game it appears it will give a high score bonus when collected.
Lieutenant Henry appeared again as a bonus item in several Capcom games, including Side Arms, Super Buster Bros., U.N. Squadron and Black Tiger. He was also the saving icon for Street Fighter Collection (Super Street Fighter II and Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold) for the PlayStation, in the continue screen from Mighty Final Fight, and in a minigame played during the end credits of Red Earth.
In 1943: The Battle of Midway, the Mobi-chan can be randomly found if the player quickly destroy the bridge of the battleship bosses before the boss explodes. Mobi-chan will then jump from the battleship and quickly move to one edge of the screen, giving the player a very brief time to collect him."
